After a quick setup, our software will help you pace and reduce the amount of cigarette you smoke and eventually quit.
Simple to use
Every time you smoke a cigarette, tap the button on the green panel.
No need to think
When the panel turn red, you cannot smoke until it switches back to green.
Tap the BREATHE button to access a mindful breathing stress relief exercise.
Tap the party button to start a grace period with three extra cigarettes allowed for a limited time.
You have one party time per week allowed.
